June 27th - 30th, University of the West of England, Bristol, UK

Author Kit

Papers submitted to the conference must be prepared following the IEEE two-column format, and should not exceed the length of 6 (six) Letter-sized pages. If you have problems with editing and formatting the text part of a scientific paper or presentation, you should contact the essayswriters.com https://essayswriters.com/ for help. Also we have provided LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates to help you prepare your drafts. Where a sans-serif font is specified (table and figure captions) and you do not have Helvetica, we recommend using Calibri. Please do not use Arial. Refer to the IEEE Citation standards for how to list your references.

Papers must be submitted in PDF format, with fonts embedded. Authors of accepted papers should refer to the full IEEE Xplore® PDF Specification; papers not prepared according to the IEEE standards will need to be corrected.

The IEEE provides an online tool, PDF eXpress, for authors of accepted papers which performs the PDF conversion for you and/or checks your document to ensure it meets IEEE standards. Please use this tool to verify your paper meets Xplore standards before you submit your final camera-ready version. Please note that PDF eXpress is not compatible with .docx files produced by Microsoft Office for Mac. You will need to use the following conference ID when you register for PDF eXpress: cbms11x

Please refer to the IEEE IPR guidelines if you have any concerns regarding copyright or intellectual property. Authors of accepted papers must include a completed IEEE Copyright Form with the submission of their final camera-ready paper.
